A great local company who provided a brilliant service from explaining the different softeners and filters and demonstrating how they work right through to fitting. The filtered water is so much nicer to drink I will never go back to unfiltered.

Ordered on Sunday. Dispatched on Monday. Delivered on Tuesday. Fitted and working on Wednesday. What could be better? Well Royal Mail could have read my request to leave the item in my front porch if I was not at home. This was written on the package right next to my address. I was not at home and they redirected my delivery to a Post Office 8 miles away. So Wrekin 5/5, Post Office 0/5.

Always a great product and quick supply, many thanks. Clean water in times of pollution. Great product keeping my water clean, I filter the mains water because the crap in it is undrinkable, after 12 months you can see what the filter stopped, toxic poison, that you do not expect in the water in the UK, and they want to bill us for this toxic sludge.

Needed to replace a drinking water system that was already installed when we moved in by a different company and was useless. Spoke to Gemma on the phone asking for advice. She was extremely helpful, and as a result we were able to purchase one of your systems which fitted the existing pipes perfectly.
